Like
the Turtle Point Trail,
Hawksnest Bay Trail lies within the Caneel Bay Resort and visitors
should enter at the main gate and register at the resort’s
front desk.
The 0.6 mile trail runs between the area at the end of the Caneel
Bay Fitness Trail and the Caneel
Hawksnest Beach.
(You can pick up the Turtle Point Trail at the northern end of
the beach.)
Benches
along the way provide quiet places to sit and enjoy the forest
environment.
From
the top of the hill, there are excellent views of Hawksnest Bay.
